Returns & Exchanges
Should you determine to return item(s) purchased on the Rhinestone Rosie website you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of item(s). You may return the item(s) for a full refund, less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. For all international shipments, any additional custom fees must be borne by the customer.
In Store Purchases:
Should you determine to return item(s) purchased in the Rhinestone Rosie Seattle store you must notify us within 14 days. You may exchange the item(s) for a store credit of the full purchase amount.
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.

Once we have received your return package, you will be notified by email or phone that we have begun the refund process. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
