• Earrings feature a round red glass cabochon surrounded by a braided border. 
• Earrings have original clip back finding. 
• Settings made from gold plated base metal. 
• Reverse of earrings marked "2229 or 2225". These earrings are similar in style to CHANEL earrings from the 1980s and have the same type of clip back as other signed CHANEL earrings. These were purchased from a CHANEL collector's estate, but are considered unsigned. 
• Earrings measure 1.125". 
• Made in the 1980s.
